• Please note that encounters with wildlife are not 100% guaranteed.
• Please come to the agreed place on time. If you are late on the day, we might cancel you so that the other guests can go on tour.
• We watch wildlife from the inside of our vehicles.
• Depending on natural conditions, the end time may vary slightly. Please join our tours with time to spare.
• The tour will be conducted in case of light rain. Please prepare rain wear. If the tour is cancelled due to sever weather, we will let you know 1 hour before the supposed starting time.
• There is no restroom available in the field. Please keep this in mind before starting the tour.
• Cancellation is free up to 2 days before the tour. After 2 days a cancellation fee of 20 % of the tour cost will be charged if you cancel 2 days before the tour, 50 % if you cancel the day before and the full tour cost if you cancel on the day of the tour.

We provide child seats and junior seats for preschool and elementary school children. For safety reasons, children under 1 year old are not allowed to participate.

◆Try Finding Animals with a Light!◆

On Picchio Shiretoko's Night Safari Tour, we'll provide everyone with a light to help you search for animals! Our guide will explain how to spot animals in the dark, making it fun and exciting to look for wildlife. By the end of the tour, you might just become a pro at animal spotting!

*Lights will be given to those seated by the windows. We aim to seat everyone by the windows, but depending on the number of reservations, some may need to sit in the center.
Our guide will ensure everyone has a great view of the animals regardless of their seat.

◆Free Binocular Rental by Carl Zeiss◆

We provide free Carl Zeiss binoculars to all participants. Even in the dark, you can clearly see animals when illuminated by the light. Use the binoculars to observe the animals' faces and bodies in detail. You'll make many fascinating discoveries!
